Our Guarantee means if you aren't thrilled with your purchase return it AT ANY TIME as long as IT'S IN SELLABLE CONDITION. If you received the product(s) as a gift, we'll provide you with a Gift Card that you can use online. Oh yeah, proof of purchase is required for all returns. IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION we will ship the product back to you and will NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND. Sorry for being so mean about it
To Return A Product(s)
You can send your product(s) and your proof of purchase to Toffee Monkey directly by mailing the product(s) back to us and we'll credit your card right away. If you received the product(s) as a gift, we'll provide you with a Gift Card you can use online at our shop. You can mail the product(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice to Toffee Monkey Returns, 97 Park Road, Hartlepool, TS26 9HP. Be sure to send it pre-paid; no CODs allowed. Be sure to get tracking information for your package since you are responsible until we receive the goods.
To Exchange A Product(s)
Simply place a new order at toffeemonkey.co.uk for the new product(s) and mail the original product(s) back to us and we'll credit your card.
We highly recommend that you place a new order at toffeemonkey.co.uk when doing an exchange but if you hate that idea, you can send us your order and we will process the exchange once we receive your original product(s).
